VMware Essential Kit

Hi,

I have VMware Essential kit, which is applicable for max. 3 servers or 6 CPUs. I have one related doubt here:

Do VMware Essential license have any limitation on physical RAM?

The other doubt is:

VMware essential license restricts 3 servers.

If i am using vCenter sever then, i can't use more than 3 servers under that.

But,

I can use VMware essential license on more than 3 individual ESXi servers if, i am not including them under vCenter Server. Is this the violation of essential license?
