Datastore missing after recovering from a RAID 5 disk failure

Hello everyone!

Longtime lurker.

I have and ESX server in my home on a Dell 2850 running a local RAID 5 off of the PERC controller. I had a drive fail so i shutdown the system, replaced the drive and repaired the RAID volume. Since the reboot the datastore is not showing up correctly in vSphere. See below:

Looking through various posts on the matter I can see the issue in /vmfs/volumes:

/vmfs/volumes # ls -l
ls: ./4d48ec18-f7b20a82-2f14-001143362e2a: No such device or address

Thanks in advance!
