Hi all,

I'm facing an issue, I always get the error message "VVTD (Intel Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O) is not supported on a virtual machine with vGPU device" when I try to add shared PCI device (vGPU)

The ESXi host is HP ProLiant DL380 Gen10, with 2 Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 5220 CPU @ 2.20GHz, and NVIDIA Tesla P40 (attached the output of nvidia-smi -q command). And it’s running VMware ESXi, 6.7.0, 15160138.

For BIOS I am using “Virtualization - Max Performance” workload profiles in BIOS. (I’ve double checked Intel VT, VT-d and SR-IOV are all enabled)

thanks a lot.

Cheers,

Visual
