When I access the esxi browser interface from a physical linux workstation sitting on the same subnet as my esxi server via firefox the gui response is good, as expected.
My difficulties are when I am using Exceed/Putty from my PC. I have multiple hops from the PC to a linux vm on our corporate network. From there I ssh to a linux vm that gives me visibility to our test network where the esxi server is. I have to actually ssh again to get to the physical workstation I mentioned above where I launch a browser to access the esxi gui.
Any sort of selections/operations on the gui will cause it to hang for 30 seconds or often more.
I constantly access a wiki and cobbler server via the same method and there is almost no delay.
I don't think this delay can be solely attributed to the many ssh's because the above works pretty good, is there something wrong here?
