How to use a file .gho into Vmware workstation?

Hi everyone,

I have 2 files .gho, "symtem.gho" & "data.gho". This is made from industrial computers. And soon I want to put it on VMware. I tried 2 options as follows:
    Opt 1: Create a new VMware with the mode of corresponding C and D devices for Real features, followed by the ghost .gho file corresponding to the C and D devices.
    Opt 2: I converted the .gho format into .vmdk and created a new VMware with the .vmdk file.
These options give a blue screen error as a connection.
I use "map virtual disk .." which can compress file data.
Can someone help me put the .gho file to use on VMware.
