Had our first PSOD (system has been running for almost 2 years now) yesterday. This is a medium-loaded host, with mostly idle VMs on it most of the day... yesterday afternoon the VMs and the host stopped responding, and I snapped a picture of the screen. A power off and back on brought everything back up, but I had to do some cleanup on the CBT for our backup to start working in an optimal fashion again.
The VM that this screen is talking about is a backup VM, running VEEAM 6.5 on top of W2K8R2 (latest patches, well, up to this patch Tuesday). The other VMs on the box (hasn't changed much) are W28KR2 VMs, a 2003R2 VM, a 2003 Server VM (soon to be retired), a CentOS 6.x VM, and a SUSELinux VM (not sure of the build)... all with latest VMware tools, except for the two linux VMs which are running the OpenVMTools. Oh almost forgot, also a vCenter 5.1(b) VSA instance.
