Current cpu and memory failover capacity

i configured ha on esxi 5.0 . but i didnt understand admission control topic. (I chose the default value - %25 )

i add pictures about my infrastructure. is there any error and what percent of the CPU, and should be part of my constitution. i read a document but i didnt  calculate it.

please are you calculate it for my infrastructure - what should be ?
