ESXi 4.1 GA -> U3

Hi,

Hi, I have a few questions on the upgrade path...

1. When upgrading 6 hosts from GA to U3, can hosts from the same cluster be on different 4.1 revisions? i.e. 2 on GA 4 on U1?

2. I assume from the reading I've done so far the Update Manager is the way to upgrade?

3. Can you jump from GA to U3 in one move or do you have to go GA -> U2 -> U2 -> U3

4. Should you download the upgrade packs or let Update Manager do the work for you?

5. Should you update vSphere before starting the host upgrades or after?
