openfiler chunk size for esxi5/vmfs-5

hi all,

i read an article about proper chunk size for big IOPS, it need to be small chunk size on big IOPS and vice versa on small IOPS with big chunk size.

So is esx5 vmfs 5 big IOPS?  if yes, can i set my openfiler to 16k chunk size or smaller which is 8k chunk?
